sorry that this reply is so late (and on the wrong journal oops) but YES!!! Laios is so thoroughly oblivious to any of these feelings, and absolutely wants to get an opportunity to talk to Radar - he's heard no shortage of wonderful things about him from Dahlia in all this time, after all! :3c
