Hey gals, guys, and all around spooky pals...It's your ghostly mod, dara.
This is both a long time coming and feels far too soon, but time gets weird when you're clawing your way through your own head. I've been lurking in the shadows in the hopes that I could work through my health issues both mental and physical and return to continue writing with all of you wonderful spirits. Unfortunately I need more time so it's best to acknowledge that now rather than later.
I'd also like to acknowledge Rose most especially, who has been a gracious and uplifting friend while I try to find my footing. Working together with her to build up Pumpkin Hollow's backstory and plot our plots for the game's future meant I have had a front row seat to an extremely excited and dedicated writer since last summer (and before that in another game!). She has a passion for modding and has poured a lot of time and love into this game, so I hope you all continue to give her your support as you weave together the many tales of this strange world.
I'd also like to thank Harvey for stepping up when I first really started to fall flat on my face and continuing a positive momentum for the game. It's been fun seeing new plans and ideas being put into motion by him and I know it will only get better from here on out. And I thank Sols for taking over Degas for me as I began to really struggle. They've done a fine job of it, he's in great hands.
And I thank you my fellow spooks. Whether I've had the pleasure of writing a thread with you or plotting or simply chatting when I was active. This community started small but mighty and has only grown over the past months due to you all being all in on a spooky little place called Pumpkin Hollow. Be kind to yourselves, to each other, and take care.
I hope to return some day so this isn't goodbye forever, just for now.
Keep your lanterns lit, Pumpkin Hollow.
