At what age was Gabriel brought to the temple? Does he remember his birth parents? Or where he was from prior to that? Additionally--- is he the direct descendant of a demon, or is his infernal blood somewhere in his ancestry?
What made Cerrit come to Pumpkin Hollow? What made him decide to become an Enforcer? How does he feel about Providence?
Is Annabel Lee a city Snow Elf, or does she come from the Cossack Mountains, which would have been much rougher living? The mountains are the ancestral home of Snow Elves, but some of them live in cities and towns. Perhaps she grew up in Pumpkin Hollow, even. Do her parents have a relationship with the Leeds family?
Is Cecil living directly in town, or out in the woods near the Fae Tree? Did he know Yesenia Helvig?
Do any of your characters have important CR with NPCs you'd like to handwave?
