I'd love to get Leon involved in the metaplot some more, and he has A History with being at least briefly responsible for kids saddled with Weird Bullshit thanks to their biological parents!! I imagine Elias trusting Yet More Enforcers around Glory would be kind of a hard sell, but I think Leon would feel kind of concerned about her being too isolated and would try to argue for more exposure to different people for the sake of her mental health. He's good with kids!! You can trust him!!!
