For the purpose of making gift ideas easier and organized for everyone with how busy we'll likely all be for the holidays. This is pretty much the same idea as Haley's absolutely adorable IC gift exchange, except that it's OOC and general holiday gift giving.

Alas, December did enough of a number on me that I have to handwave most of my gifts. But! If you have any CR with Radar, please assume that -- in typical Radar fashion -- he got you a present so thoughtful that it kinda borders on eerie. Close CR also got an equally thoughtful letter to go with.
